Largest wind farm in PH set to be completed in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte

 


Ilocos Norte is leading the way.

 

The call of the incoming President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. for the country to have more eco-friendly sources of energy to fuel our economy is in full speed in his home province.

 

It was posted in the Philippine government controlled media – Philippine News Agency (PNA)’s Facebook page that the town of Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte will soon be the home of the largest wind farm in the country once all the ongoing projects are completed.

In the PNA video posted there are currently 27 existing giant wind turbines of AC Energy in Barangay Caparispisan.

 

Currently the company is installing 32 bigger and taller wind turbines in the nearby coastal villages of Caunayan and Balaoi to double the capacity of the company's existing energy production.
