This according to Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon, SecretaryRaul Lambino.
Lambino was referring to President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong"
"He (Duterte) will turn over to his elected successor a country in
much better shape than when he inherited it in 2016, with his vision of change
when he came into office now deeply taking root in our society,"Lambino added.
Lambino stressed that the crime rate spurred by the illegal drug trade

He said that the Philippine economy, which was
greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, has bounced back in the first
