Its plain and simple there seems to be a collaboration of some
sort a connivance in the staging of grand rallies for presidential aspirant VP
Lei Robredo, this according to 7th District Representative Jesus Crispin
“Boying” Remulla.
According to Remulla tha massive turnout of people in the grand
rally of Robredo in Cavite is bolstered by the presence of the members of the
Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP). He said he has proof that Maoist red
attended the campaign rally of Vice President Leni Robredo in his Cavite last 4
March.
A Google app estimated the crowd to be around 47,000 individuals in
attendance.

In
an interview with Daily Tribune’s Gising Na!, the veteran lawmaker
claimed that this was validated by intelligence reports.
“I saw with my own eyes how the
youngsters moved. The rallies were packed by young people, students, mostly in
their 20s. I saw how they were mobilized and marched to the site,” Remulla
said.
Asked to prove his allegations, the
congressman said he has “nothing to prove”.
“They recruited people who will attend
the rally and gave them P500 each. Do I need to prove that? What will I gain at
proving it?” he said.
“I’m just biting into their trap but
for me, politics is politics. Proving is not an important thing right now
because it already happened. The people (on) the ground knew it happened,” he
added.
Remulla
adds that political leaders in Cavite also knew the payment of monet just to
attend the rally.
“Why should I prove it if everyone
knows it is happening? Even political leaders of Cavite are aware it is
happening. Actually, what’s pulled me to say something about it, is that they
said 47,000 attended the rally. I think they were just creating bandwagon
effect, they want to exaggerate the immensity of the crowd,” he said.
“It doesn’t happen that way because it
is just a judicial notice. That’s not subjected to rules of evidence when it
comes to that because they all know in politics that these things happen and it
happened,” he added.
