That is if she wins the 2022 national
elections.
Vice President Leni Robredo just said
if she wins the presidency this year she will surround herself with experts and
good managers as members of her Cabinet.
She note that choosing who will be her
cabinet members is important.

“Pero para kasi sa ‘kin, napakahalaga ng
pagpili ng Cabinet members. Napakahalaga ng pagpili ng heads of offices,” she
said on ONE News’ Agenda.

Cabinet members is very important. It is very important to choose heads of
offices.)
The Vice President said
that her Cabinet members must be experts in their fields, respected, and great
managers.
“Number one, kailangan
experts in their field. Number two, kailangan respetado sila, respetado sila ng
sektor na pamumunuan nila. Number three, hindi lang mahusay sa kanilang field
pero mahusay na managers,” she said.
(Number one, they must
be experts in their fields. Number two, they must be respected, respected by
the sector that they will lead. Number three, not only should they be great in
their field, but also great managers.)
“And then number
four—ako, ‘yung driving force sa ‘kin ng governance is always empowerment and

said Robredo.

together kasi mahirap ‘yung nag-aaway,” she said.

Pressed to name these people she said did not say.
“I will not name names ngayon kung
mayroon nang napupusuan (now if there are target members) but there’s a group
of many different teams who have been helping us since 2016,” she said.
