Former senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr., is in the
crossroads so to speak.
Since the withdrawal of her candidacy for mayor,
resignation from Hugpong ng Pagbabago, and her eventual membership to the
Lakas-CMD party, Davao mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio is expected to run for
president in the 2022 national elections.
“I know what my plan is. We will continue my plan.
That is what we are doing,” Marcos told reporters Thursday at the sidelines of
the wedding of Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.’s daughter, Gianna.

Asked what he would do if Duterte
pushes through with her presidential bid, BBM said: “Then she will run. What
can I say?”
“I entered this race with thoughts
that I should run for president. That’s what I’m doing,” he added.
BBM said he won’t change his plans even though he
acknowledged that “everything is possible” in Philippine politics.
“Examine my situation. I have nowhere else to go. I
cannot go anywhere. I will not change parties. I entered this race not to play
any of these substitution or play with the rules,” he said
