Presidential
aspirant Manila Mayor ISko Moreno is willing to accommodate President Rodrigo
Roa Duterte in his cabinet, if the latter wins the Vice Presidency in the 2022
elections.
"I can, I can
give him [a Cabinet post]," Moreno, who announced his candidacy for
president earlier this week, said in an ANC interview on Friday.
"I
know the meaning of respect."

Mayor
Moreno said he has always reached out to his political rivals like what he did
when he won the 2019 mayoralty race in the country's capital.
"Why is that
when you run, you have to be [allied with the] administration or opposition?
Dilaw ka o pula ka [Yellow or Red] I really don't care, as long as you're an
asset of the country, even though you didn't vote po me, I will hire you,"
Moreno said.
"I did that in
Manila, I placed people of opposing sides in the same department, and look what
it brought us: economic growth from P20 billion to P30 billion a year,
investment at P123 billion in the first year, P147 billion the 2nd year,"
he added.
"We
earned the people's trust back, and that provided jobs and opportunity."
