Prince Charles Thanks Filipino Health Workers in UK

 

An acknowledgement that is rightly so.

Heir to the throne,Britain's Prince Charles thanked Filipino medical workers in the United Kingdom (UK) for their valuable contributions during this pandemic brought about by COVID-19. 

Prince Charles took special note of the Philippines' expatriate doctors and nurses, the frontliners which provides outstanding care and comfort to their patients.

His video remarks were released by the British Embassy in Manila.

"We are more fortunate than we perhaps realize to have many thousands of nurses and other healthcare workers from the Philippines working in the United Kingdom particularly in the National Health Service," he said.

"To these wonderfully selfless people, I wanted to offer my most heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care and comfort you give to your patients."
