Good Move from the Philippine National Police-Maritime Group (PNP-MG)
This is according to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea
(NTF-WPS), the PNP-MG personnel are set to depart on May 15, 2021.
The NTF-WPS also noted that PNP-MG assets are complementing

NTF-WPS said PCG and BFAR vessels “are being complemented by the
Philippine National Police-Maritime Group (PNP-MG) through the assignment of
four (4) high speed tactical watercraft, three (3) police gun boats and police
fast boats to patrol the municipal waters and portions of our EEZ in the WPS,
under the Regional Maritime Units 1, 3, 4B and personnel of 2nd Special
Operations Unit based in Palawan.”
