The death of a senior citizen Rolando dela Cruz who was there as eatly as 3AM just to have something for the family’s table is a tragic twist in the highly publicized birthday community pantry of the actress.

Bago po ang lahat, humihingi po ako ng tawad sa pamilya. Kanina po pinuntahan at nakapag-usap po kami nang personal ng mga anak nya sa ospital. At habang-buhay po ako hihingi ng patawad sa kanila.

 

“Si tatay po ay isang masipag na ama na nagtitinda ng balot. Hindi ko man po sya nakilala pero sa pagkakakilala ko sa mga anak niya ay mabuti po syang ama at maayos nyang napalaki ang mga anak nya.

 

“Ang nangyari po ay akin pong pagkakamali. Sana po’y ‘wag madamay ang ibang community pantries na maganda po ang nangyari. Sa ngayon po, I will prioritize helping the family and I will make it my responsibility to help them get through this,” aniya pa.

A lot of her friends from showbiz sent their words of support to Locsin. Vice Ganda, Dimples Romana, Iza Calzado and Anne Curtis, All knew that it was because the former wanted to spend her birthday for a greater cause.

And then Liza Soberano gave her message to Locsin in socal media: 

“You don’t need to say sorry ate dahil hindi mo naman ginusto ang mga nangyari. We will be praying for tatay’s soul, for his family who is mourning, and for your good health and peace of mind.”

The statement made by Soberano did not sit well with netizens and now she is earnig her own bashing over her perceived insensitive statement over the issue.

 

“Angel is just humble enough to say sorry. What happened wasn’t her intention but she felt that somehow she is responsible for it. That’s a major turn on for her. But for you to say that ‘You don’t need to say sorry,’ that’s a major turn off. Entitled ka ata masyado saka medyo insensitive ‘yon at medyo na-disappoint tao sa ‘yo dahil dyan. Tsk tsk,” pamumuna ni @jessamine018.

“Grabe, ganda lang talaga meron ka…hinahangaan pa man din kita pero ganda lang talaga. Sabog utak ko sa ‘You don’t need to say sorry’ mo, girl. Hahahaha so sino magso-sorry, si tatay? Sino mag-a-adjust girl…napaka-insensitive mo! Dunung-dunungan ka na naman. Ang layo mo kay Angel. Talaga ganda lang meron,” said @rhiczyjhane28 for Liza.

 

“Even if ‘di nya intended, saying sorry doesn’t make her less a person. Saying sorry means she acknowledges that there was a mistake and pagkukulang sa in-organize nya. Take note: Sya ang nag-organize. You sympathize with her but your choice of words napakamali. Be sensitive sa pamilya ng namatay, taong naperwisyo kagaya ng business establishments, barangay, at kapulisan na ‘di niya kinoordinate,” from @viebriza.

 

As for @yassy12690, “Be sensitive enough sa feelings ng mga namatayan. Who do u want to blame because of what happened? If u don’t have anything good to say u better shut up kasi meron ka fake life na mabait kuno na kailangan ipakita. Let Angel do the talking dahil inamin na ni Angel na may mali sya sa pag-organize ng simple event nya na pinost nya sa 23M followers nya sa IG.”
