Salute and Respect to PH Air Force Sergeant Ramona Cecilia Datuin Munoz

 

Much is being said about what now they call the “Soberano incident.”

A statement was made by Lt. General Antonio Parlade Jr. the commander of the AFP’s Southern Luzon Command to entertainment celebrity Liza Soberano to stay away from leftist groups was made with the intention of protecting the citizens from the spreading of the communist ideals through the use of young and famous celebrities like that of Soberano and 2018 Miss universe Catriona Gray.

And the post of another celebrity Ms. Arci Munoz in Instagram was really the correct one to emulate.

Her post as a reservist was very humble, straightforward , and really making the profession of being in the Armed Forces of the Philippines(AFP) demands so much respect and sense of pride that there those men and women in uniform that its sole purpose to being is to protect and defend all peace-loving Filipinos.

I made it! I just want to say I’m very proud of myself for finishing such a great feat. Training with the military was really tough specially with a pandemic looming. I did things I didn’t know I would (and could). Getting here hasn’t been traversed overnight; although what I went through is nothing compared to my colleagues—I feel great admiration for them. I also found myself humbled and it made me gain a renewed self respect. That being said, I hope that I’ll never have to use what I learned for violence instead be an inspiration to many to have a sense of comradeship so we can all live in peace.

I will forever cherish and hold on to the learnings and core values that this institution instilled. I will remain a snappy composure and continue to serve in the best interests of my nation.
