‘So much divides us:’ Kris Aquino upbeat PH will ‘get better’ soon

Filipinos are divided more than ever in the face of the current challenges we are facing.

Actress Kris Aquino made this observation about the current situation of the nation but she remains upbeat that the country will rise above these trying times.

In her Instagram post, the former Kapamilya television host made use of he song lyrics of “Soon You’ll Get Better” in her bid to uplift the morale of fellow Filipinos.

“During these times, these particular lyrics at the end of my post resonate for me, probably for you, most likely for all of us… please continue to have FAITH because SOON YOU’LL GET BETTER,” she wrote on Instagram.

 Kris said she is neither blind nor deaf to the issues that divide the nation. Kris, tried to rally the nation that “we’re in this together.”

“We must constantly remember, we’re in this together. i’m not blind nor am i deaf, i know so much divides us BUT collectively, WE LOVE OUR MOTHERLAND. MAHAL NATIN ang PILIPINAS at iisa ang hangarin nating lahat- makabangon ang ating bayan, tumibay sa pinagdaanan, naging mas matatatag, mas matapang, at mas handang tumulong sa kapwa,” she said.

She posted the lyrics of Taylor’s song:
