Pasaway?! - VP Leni

The Vice President is in the news again this time reminding her fellow workers in government not to put the blame on the public for the rising number of coronavirus infections in the country.
Vice President Leni Robredo called such move as self-defeating as it give the impression that the public is also an enemy in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

Robredo said.

Kasi iyong tao nga iyong dapat proteksyunan, bakit sila iyong salarin?” she said.
She notes that the government should take more human approach in the implementation of the policies to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country and that administration should convey its policies properly.

Kapag kinulong mo iyan, self-defeating iyan, eh,” she said.
