Jennylyn calls out people who are rejoicing at the denial of ABS-CBN franchise : ‘You’re cruel’

Kapuso certified star Jennylyn Mercado has thrown her support to the Kapamilya network now that Congress has denied its application for a new 25 year legislative franchise.
Despite being in the opposite side or in a “rival” network this did not stop Jennylyn to show her solidarity to the Kapamilya network most especially to the 11,000 plus employees directly affected by the denial of the franchise application.

Rejoicing because of other people’s sorrow is not only wrong, but inhumane."
"You are cruel."
She also chastised those people who would insist that the "law is the law," when government officials has made violations during the quarantine perios and yet they were unpunished.

"If you say that then everyone should be held at the same standard," she said.
She added: "Huwag muna tayo mag mananita.

"Will pray for everyone to be enlightened and to remember the values that make us human...
"Please be kind to one another. Thank you."
