The most humble and respectful Kapamilya celebrity in Liza Soberano has no words for what has befallen their beloved station.
The shock has reverberated not only to the officials of the Lopez controlled ABS-CBN Corporation but down to the employees , supporters, and fans of the station.

Kapamilya talent Liza Soberano is lost for words and her heart goes to the 11,000 plus ABS-CBN employees as the House of Representatives have denied them a fresh 25 year legislative franchise amidst the coronavirus crisis.
"Wish I could hug everyone I love from ABS-CBN right now," Soberano tweeted, moments after the historic 70-11 was known.
The decision of the lawmakers permanently shut down the Kapamilya TV network, the committee hearings was spearheaded by the House legislative franchises committee.
The 12 day hearing conducted as to the new application tackled different issues as regard to the TV network one of which includes:  failure to pay the correct amount of taxes, flouting the Constitutional ban on foreign media ownership, political bias and violating labor laws.

Soberano is one of the vocal supporter of the Kapamilya network.
"To all the supporters of ABS-CBN, its programs, and its talents who stood by us through this journey, thank you," Soberano said. "Thank you for the endless tweets using the hashtags and thank you for your prayers. We may not be able to repay you right now, but in due time."
"Especially to all my supporters, Liza and LizQuen fanmily. Just reading your tweets right now brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for believing in me and for supporting my projects under ABS-CBN. I will forever be grateful to each and everyone. I love you all so much," she wrote.
