Kapuso celebrity Jennylyn Mercado is striking and fighting back to her bashers when a few days ago she expressed her support to the embattled Lopez-controlled ABS-CBN Corporation.
Mercado voiced out her opinion when the 70-11 vote was handed down permanently shutting down the tv broadcast of ABS-CBN.

"Sa mga taong tuwang tuwa sa mga pangyayari, huwag niyo sana danasin ang lumuha din at mawalan," wrote Mercado in her previous social media post.

She also told them: "Hindi ba tinuruan tayo ng ating mga magulang na maging makatao sa kapwa? Rejoicing because of other people’s sorrow is not only wrong, but inhumane."
"You are cruel."

A home grown talent of GMA 7, she was lashed and bashed by netizens, most telling her to just keep silent and mind her own business, which led her to make another social media post clapping back at her critics.

If you say that then everyone should be held at the same standard.
Huwag muna tayo mag Mañanita.
No network is perfect, policies can and will be improved.

Will pray for everyone to be elightened and to remember the values that makes us human…
Please be kind to one another.
Thank you.
