not Duterte supporter anymore.
Megastar and wife of
senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Sharon Cuneta just declared her support and
has basically endorsed Vice President Leni Robredo’s candidacy for president
this coming 2022 elections.
Cuneta. made the open
endorsement of the Liberal Party’s top elected official in government, the same
political party where his husband Kiko is the current party president for the
upcoming national elections in 2022.

She hopes that if
Leni Robredo will be elected as the next President, decency will return to society.
This after she got
emotional to the rape threat that was received from a netizen by Frankie
allegedly a Duterte supporter.
“Patuloy ko pa ring
ituturing na kaibigan sina PRD at Inday Sara. Siguro naman ay nauunawaan nila
ako,” Cuneta wrote on Instagram.
Although Sharon
Cuneta made this a political one already, she wants to remain friends with
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and her daughter- Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.
Being the wife of an
opposition senator in Kiko Pangilinan, she has received a lot of hurtful bashing
from the supporters of the President.
Sharon Cuneta is
disappointed that some supporters of the President has not shown respect for
her opposition husband and daughter Frankie despite her closeness to the President.
“Tapos binaboy ng
isang DDS na kasama nyo ang anak ko. May dumepensa ba sa amin kahit mahal daw
ako ni Tatay? Wala. AKO AT SI KAKIE NA ITO, HINDI NA SI KIKO LANG. NASAKTAN
AKO. Kasi TAYO DAPAT ANG MAGKAKAMPI. PERO KAYO ANG SUMIRA AT PATULOY NA
SUMISIRA SA AMIN,” she said.
“AWANG-AWA NA AKO SA ASAWA’T MGA ANAK KO. Ilang
taon ko din silang halos hinayaang masaktan habang pinagtatanggol ko ng pilit
si Tatay sa kanila. Pero SOBRA NA KAYO. AYOKO MAKASAMA ANG MGA TULAD NINYONG
WALANG AWA O PUSO,” the actress said.
The latest Instagram post has been deleted by Sharon
several minutes after it was posted.
