The Armed Forces of
the Philippines’ Philippine Army’s Artillery Regiment’s (AAR) just celebrated
their 13th Founding Anniversary at Fort Ramon Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija last June 17.
The said regiment of
the Philippine Army just recently activated units for upcoming and highly
anticipated new equipment like Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), Land Based
Missile System, Air Defense Artillery, and Field Artillery.
“As former CGPA and Chief of Staff of the Armed
Forces of the Philippines, Gen. Eduardo Año once said, ‘Filipinos are
considered as one of the best fighters in the world because we have the values
cañoneros,” Army chief Lieutenant General Gilbert I. Gapay said for the
occasion.

ito,” Lieutenant General Gapay said.
