diretso aresto, pero yung iba diyan nag-mañanita na, abswelto pa,” he said in

This became controversial when
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte frustrated a lot of those who criticized such act
because the Chief Executive decided Sinas will not be removed from his position
as the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief
“Kung ang batas e pabor lagi sa may kapangyarihan at
mayaman, masisisi ba natin ang taumbayang tutol sa Anti-Terror Bill? Anong
palagay ninyo?” Diokno pointed out.
Further Diokno, gave the warning that the proposed
Anti-Terrorism Act onced signed into a law might go after those personalities
or group who are critical to the policies of the Duterte administration.
