Trillanes to Cayetano : Bakit nawala kahol mo sa ABS-CBN shutdown?

Former Senator Antonio Trillanes the same with his other political allies is in the news again, this time he is going public because he wants to know where is the House Speaker of the House of Representatives

The Magdalo affliated solon is wondering why House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano has suddenly turned silent since the shut down of the ABS-CBN.

“Si Alan Cayetano, isang taong kayang magsalita at mambola maghapon, ay ilang araw nang tikom ang bibig ukol sa pag-upo ng Kongreso sa mga franchise bills para sa ABS-CBN,” said Trillanes on Twitter.

The House Speaker in his most recent public statement regarding the Lopez-owned tv network was on Labor Day May 1, there he reassured the public that the House has “no intention” to order the closure of ABS-CBN.

Last May 5 the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order (CDO) as against ABS-CBN a day after its franchise expired.

The Lopez owned television network complied with the NTC order and went off the air after its primetime broadcast of its TV Patrol.
