The bad news keeps
on coming to internet influencer Francis Leo Marcos or Norman Mangusing in real
life.
National Bureau
of Investigation-Cyber Crime Division (NBI-CCD) Chief Victor Lorenzo said he
will also face charges of creating fake news for claiming that the rich have
not been making donation in this time of pandemic.
“Sinasabi niya na wala
ginagawa, hindi nagdo-donate yung mga mayayaman,” Lorenzo cited.

“Yan yung fake news,”
he pointed out.
The NBI official cited
that a lot of companies have been doing their part in helping the government with
respect to the needs of the society.
“Sinasabi niya na wala
ginagawa, hindi nagdo-donate yung mga mayayaman,” Lorenzo cited.
“Contrary doon sa
allegations niya na walang ginagawa,” he stressed.
The NBI official said
they have already prepared the charges regarding the fake news which is under
the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act is punishable as against Francis Leo Marcos.
Other charges to be
filed are concerning the violating the Passport Law concealment of true name in
violation of the Revised Penal Code.
Investigators were
able to find in his possession two passports under the names Francis Leo Marcos
and Norman Mangusin.
