Why can’t others do it? Transparency as it should be.
On to the third week of the enhanced community quarantine in the whole
island of Luzon different problems are cropping up in the different local
government units (LGUs) with respect to the implementation of the social
amelioration program of the government.
In an out of the box idea, this LGU was able to do what other more
distinguished LGU’s can’t.

If other LGU’s in the National Capital Region (NCR) are experiencing a protest
and a rain of complaints from their respective constituents, then they might
learn something or to from this small barangay from Laguna.
Brgy. Tagapo sa Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is so discipline and orderly staring from the local government that they
should be commended because the relief goods they are giving out to their
constituents are easily devoid of any corruption.
In picture uploaded by Twitter user @seannavavaye one can see the enumerated items with their corresponding quantity, item, unit
price and total amount the LGU spent for all of the goods.
Talk about Transparency!!! This their answer to the speculations that
might arise in this time of crisis.
As per the photo, the funding for the relief goods were sourced from the
Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) quick response fund.
