It
should be Kiko and not Vico.
That
seems to be in a nutshell the message actress Angel Locsin wants to convey, she
thinks Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III should be the one to be summoned by
the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) instead of Pasig City mayor
Vico Sotto.
This comes after the NBI sent an “invitation letter” to Sotto, demanding him to explain his side after he supposedly violated Republic Act 11469 or the Bayanihan to Heal As One Act in connection to the allowing of tricycles to operate despite the banned on public transport.

Sotto, initially allowed tricycles to operate in Pasig
City to ferry health workers to hospitals, despite the suspension of public
transportation during the Luzon-wide lockdown.
“Hindi ako nagmamarunong sa batas, pero sa opinyon ko, si Koko ang dapat ipatawag at hindi si Vico,” Locsin shared on her Twitter account Wednesday.

(I am not trying to sound smart about
the law, but for me, Koko should be the one who’s summoned and not Vico.)
Pimentel was controversial last week for breaching the quarantine protocol, as he was with his pregnant wife to the Makati Medical Center. He was in the hospital premises when he was called that he was COVID-19 positive.
Locsin
publicly regretted that she campaigned for senator Koko Pimentel before.
