The Philippines a week ago filed two diplomatic protest with
China one of which is the incident where a Chinese Navy warship pointed their
radar gun to the Philippines’ Navy BRP Conrado Yap.
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teodoro Locsin
Jr. said he will not condone the Chinese vessel's pointing of a radar gun at a
Philippine Navy ship BRP Conrado Yap in the West Philippine Sea.
Locsin
responded to the statement issued by Department of National Defense (DND)
Delfin Lorenzana that the incident was merely a test and China wanted to see
how the Philippine Navy would react.

"Well we
passed the test; I slapped them back. Don't even dream of pointing anything at
my country. Wanna point then fire away. Let's see where that takes us,"
Locsin said in a tweet.
"[N]ever
ever point anything at my country unless you're looking for a fight. I know my
soldiers," he added.
There is no response from the Chinese side regarding the
