The friendship between the two head of states continues to bare fruit most especially now that both countries are in the midst of battle against the novel coronavirus 2019 disease or COVID-19.

The potential cure a vaccine called “AVIGAN” for COVID-19 was discussed at the ASEAN Plus Three Special Summit on COVID-19 held April 14, participated by ASEAN member nations, Japan, South Korea, and China.

Three Summit,” during Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) virtual presser with Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.
