BAWAL ang CHiSMISAN!!!:To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 - Mayor




The novel corona virus-2019 or the COVID -19 has affected almost every country in the world, and the World Health Organization (WHO) made a statement that “can be characterized as a pandemic.”
Different countries have been doing their own implementation of WHO protocols in order to stop the spreading of the virus.

But in the Philippines, one local government unit head is already thinking out of the box to save his constituents from the covid-19 disease – he has banned gossiping!

Mayor Matt Erwin Florido also gave the directive to stopped the use of biometrics or logbooks to record the attendance of local government employees, saying that for now, he will rely on the honesty of personnel.


The mayor likewise banned the sharing of pens and directed all personnel to sanitize their hands before signing any document.
He also warned employees to take a bath first before reporting to work, he also called on those workers to report to him those who are too lazy to take a shower.

For the purpose of public information, clarity and truthfulness we have quoted fully the Memorandum issued by General Luna Mayor Matt Erwin Florido below:

To all LGU Employees para makaiwas sa COVID 19 Local Transmission:
1. Wala muna tayong biometrics. Hindi din appropriate na mag logbook. Kaya sa ngayon ay TIWALA lang ang panghahawakan ko.
2. Magdala ng sarili mong ballpen. Bawal ang magpahiram.
3. Bawal din ang chismisan, lalo na yung mga diskarte at galawang bubulong ka pa para makapag tsimis at di marinig ng iba.

4. Bago magpirma ang sinumang empleyado ng kahit anong dokumento, mangyaring maghugas ng kamay o mag alcohol.
5. Bawat opisina, magtalaga ng ISA LAMANG na liason upang magdala ng mga for signature sa aking tanggapan.
6. Magsuot ng mask KUNG KINAKAILANGAN. Lalo na yung ating mga kawani ng RHU. Nakabili na po tayo ng N95 mask, matagal na kaya mayroon po tayo dyan sa RHU.
7. Maglagay ng alcohol sa pasukan ng bawat opisina. Sabihan lahat ng papasok na mag alcohol muna bago mag transact ng business sa inyong tanggapan.
8. Matagal na din tayong naka order ng thermal scanner subalit walang makunan ng supply. Baka po may alam kayo na pwede nating agad mabilhan.
9. Umiwas muna sa mga imbitasyon tulad ng birthdays, weddings at iba pa. In short, huwag muna makipag inuman.

10. Yung mga tamad maligong empleyado, HINDI NA YAN PWEDE NGAYON. Magligo kayo bago pumasok sa opisina. Mangyaring isumbong sa akin ang sinumang empleyado na papasok ng di naligo. Ok?
11. Upang makatulong ka na din sa ating Pamahalaang Lokal, magdala na rin ikaw ng sarili mong alcohol.
12. Kung sakaling ikaw ay may ubo, lagnat, sipon mangyaring ipagbigay alam agad ito sa RHU. Pwede ring huwag ka na munang pumasok at mag file ng leave. Kung ikaw naman ay uubo o babahing, huwag sa loob ng opisina, pwede ka munang lumabas ng office dun sa harapan ng ating munisipyo.
13. Magdala ng kanya kanyang maluto o baon. Huwag na munang mag-share.
14. Magdala ng sarili mong kubyertos (kutsara at tinidor) pati na din sarili mong baso.

15. At iba pa ba alam mong makakatulong upang iiwas ang iyong sarili sa COVID 19.
