Tales of Heroism in Taal:Vendor sa Sto. Tomas, Batangas may pa-free siomai sa evacuees

Filipinos are naturally a race of heroes.

Since Sunday afternoon the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) has placed Taal Volcano at Alert Level 4 which means hazardous explosive eruption is possible within hours to days.

Evacuations of residents of towns near Taal volcano have felt and is still continuing the full brunt of the destructive force of nature.

And while a lot of evacuees have been uprooted from the towns directly affected by the ash fall there are those who does not have the means to have ride to the next and nearest government designated evacuation center.

According to Twitter user Tyson@bigbryte his emotion of being proud seeing a good Samaritan in times of natural calamity.

An opportunity should have been the jackpot every vendor has been waiting for, but this siomai vendor from Sto. Tomas , Batangas did not think otherwise.

Instead of taking the opportunity to those evacuees for the quick and sure profits made and decided to do the right thing without any hesitation.

According to the other tweets of Tyson, he saw the vendor outside the PUP-Sto.Tomas where there are around 600 evacuees have taken refuge.
