'No one should feel threatened' on the release of the ‘drug war’ report – Robredo

The Vice President, Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo told mediamen that No one should feel threatened by report regarding the illegal drug war of the current administration that she would be releasing next week.

Robredo confirms that she will be releasing said report by Monday next week.

(No one should be scared. It's kind of funny that the anticipation is that I'm threatening them. We are not threatening anyone.)

As per the Vice President the  report will include the gaps she found out in the "drug war" and her recommendations to improve the campaign.

(These are more like recommendations to show that I did not waste the 18 days given to me. You saw how I worked.)

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte fired Robredo from being the drug czar and the co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD), less than a month from her appointment , saying he could not trust the Vice President.

The Vice president however said her being axed does not deter her working against the country's drug problem

na droga,” she said in November.

(You can expect that even though I was stripped of my rank, they cannot take away my determination. My determination to end the killings, bring to justice those who need to answer for their doings, and win the campaign against illegal drugs.)
