Hardworking sampaguita vendor who fell asleep while studying in front of the Cathedral Church

The country’s annual budget carries with it that education will always have the biggest funding/budget in order to implement its endeavor giving access to all young Filipinos the gift of knowledge.

A netizen in Lipa, Batangas caught in still a photo a picture that has turn viral of a young buy falling asleep while studying in the San Sebastian church grounds.

It was also found out that the said child is from a poor family and that in his free time he sells sampaguita to support himself in school.
