As early as now Presidential daughter
Sara Duterte-Carpio is being eyed as the one who can succeed her father in
2022.
Just recently, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy
“Well, I think the
presidency is a gift from God,” the pastor answered. “It is God who determines
it. You don’t aspire for it.”

“Many in our
experiences, [those] who aspire for it, where are they now? But for those who
don’t aspire for it, God gave it to them, like our current president. And I
believe that our mayor here is chosen for that also.” Quinoloy said.
As for newly
elected Senator Bong Go, he believes that the mayor can follow the footsteps of
her father.
“Malaki ang paniniwala ko sa liderato
ni Mayor Inday Sara Duterte at kung ano man ang magiging plano niya,” wika ni
Go. “Kung ano po ang aking paniniwala sa liderato ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte
ay ganon rin po ang aking paniniwala sa liderato ni Mayor Inday Sara,” explains
Go.
“Nakita niyo naman po kung paano nila
dinala ang Davao. I’ve known his father for the past 21 years at nakita ko rin
po pano ang pamamalakad ni Mayor Inday Sara—equally napakamagaling, nirerespeto
at very honest. Mas estrikto lang po si Mayor Sara,” Sen. Go added.
The mayor was quoted during the
senatorial campaign that she will make a decision whether to run or not for the
presidency in January 2021.
