Manila Mayor Isko Moreno in his first week was able to clean and make
orderly places such as Divisoria, Bluementritt, Carriedo station, and Quiapo,
where Joseph Ejercito cannot in six years.
And know he wants everybody in Manila whether Filipino or foreigner to
follow the city’s rules or be ready to face the consequences of not doing so.
Moreno wants a Chinese national deported for allegedly urinating in
public and reminded all foreigners who are visiting and working in the nation’s
capital city to respect its rules or face consequences.

The Chinese national also hit Barangay 281 Chairman Jeff Lau who
confronted him for doing such repulsive act.
“Foreigners,” Moreno said, “it is immaterial what country you come from.
If you go to Manila, follow simple rules. And I think that is a generally
accepted rule that you don’t pee in the streets.”
“You will be arrested because it is prohibited,” he warned.
“If you hit our enforcer, attempt to hurt our policemen because you are
a superpower, you are not welcome in Manila,” he added.
The newly elected Manila mayor said he will ask the Bureau of
Immigration to have the undisciplined Chinese deported.
The mayor Moreno did not identify the Chinese national but said that he
has already been detained.
