President Duterte  earlier warned Inday Sara that the presidency would “destroy” her.

The elder Duterte spoke amid speculation that his daughter was posturing or being groomed  for a 2022 presidential bid. He also told her that the presideny would give her nothing but “sacrifices” and ‘insults.”

Inday Sara has not ruled out running for President in 2022 after the end of term of his father.

“It depends on the circumstances. Maybe we can make a deadline in January 2021,” she previously said in an interview.
