OSG welcomes the development that no temporary retraining order was issued and

The Supreme Court denied Trillanes petition for the issuance of a writ of preliminary injunction and/or temporary restraining order to stop the implemention of President Rodrigo Duterte’s Proclamation No.572.

Trillanes are mere delusions of a grandiose man,” Calida added.
